Privacy Policy

Orchard Learning Academy is a school at 42 Orchard Road, Blue Hills, Midrand. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

When you send a question, book a consultation or RSVP for an event, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your child's name and grade, the curriculum you're interested in, and your message.

Like most websites, the site also records basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep it working and secure.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm consultations, assessments, tours and events, and to talk with you about enrolling your child. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

The website, its forms, bookings and events run on Wix, which stores the information on our behalf. When your child enrols, we may share the details needed to set up their learning platform account and certificates with CambriLearn, whose materials and platform we use.

Only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or your child's enrolment, and as long as the law requires us to keep school records.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email orchardlearningacademy@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
